The prices listed are labor only. Quoted building projects will be quoted separately. Materials or other additional expenses are not included.
Our minimum appointment charge is 1 hour (listed “first hour”) after the first hour we charge on a 1/2 hour basis
In cases where you cannot provide all the materials needed for the job, we can go to a local hardware store and supply the needed materials at our standard hourly rate. The price for the materials will be added separately on top.
No discounts are applicable to quoted building projects or materials.
